On February 23, 2012, CHUO 89.1 FM (Ottawa) The Train's co-host Mireille Gervais interviewed Heather and Jess, two members of the Coalition for a Carleton Sexual Assault Centre, live in-studio.

The Coalition wants a student run service for students funded by the university administration. The university administration wants control. On February 9, 2012, CHUO 89.1 FM (Ottawa) The Train's Denis Rancourt interviewed patent lawyer and expert David French on patents and society.

Just because you can does not mean you should... get a patent. The patent system may not be of net benefit to society... The majority of patents are vanity patents, some are for marketing use, and a few are gold mines for the patent holder. Demand on a product with unique supplier raises prices far beyond competitive prices.

Malcolm X early on developed two explicit commitments that largely defined his public life:

(2) Out of jail while recruiting for the temple he started telling his black brothers that for too long the black man was paralyzed by fear of the white man and to urge them to find the greater dignity and humanity to defend themselves.

It is a war..." (Dan Scharf in "Dirty Business")
